Educational Qualification
Requirements |
Ph.D. OR
Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Urban Planning, Business
Administration; Public Administration, UN, Financial Management OR any other
relevant degree with 14 years experience in case of Ph.D. and 18 years
experience for Masters on Managerial position in Government or large Private
Sector in the field of Real Estate Development OR Management OR Land
Management. Must have an understanding of provincial Revenue record and their
comparison with Railway land plans. |

Must
have an exclusive experience of at least 5 years in dealing with Land
Development in any Government or Large Scale Private Organization, out of
which, 3 years of experience should be of leadership position. §
An
applicant with qualification must have a Ph.D. of 18 years and 14 years in
case of a Master's degree in a Managerial position relating to Land and
General Management. |

The Maximum Age Limit is =62 |
|
v Recruitment will be Purely made as Updated MP Scales Policy, 2021 issued by the Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division vide their O.M. No. 1/3/2020-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021.
v The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for a period of (03) years further extendable for a maximum period of (02) years on an annual (yearly) basis subject to satisfactory performance.
