01	Director (Business Development) PPS-10	01	MBA/MS Marketing/ Finance/ Project. Management or related discipline. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Overall ten years post-qualification experience of project management with a minimum of three years experience in Public-Private Partnership projects. Comprehensive Knowledge of Strategy Development & Implementation. Preference will be given to an applicant with experience from the logistics sector. Knowledge & experience in Business Portfolio Management, Business Development, and Public-private Partnerships projects will be an added advantage. Good Knowledge of MS Office.	35-50
02	Deputy Director (Infrastructure) PPS-09	01	B.E (Civil Engineering) or related discipline. Additional qualifications in Project Management will be a plus point Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Overall seven years' post-qualification experience with a minimum of two years experience in managing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects. Candidates with Experience in infrastructure development-related projects will be given preference. Use of advanced software related  to Monitoring & evaluation will be given weightage. Must good Knowledge of MS Project! Prima Vera & MS Office.	30-45
03	Deputy Director (Financial Analyst) PPS-09	01	MS (Finance) or MSc (Economics) or ACCA/CA Or related discipline. Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Overall seven years’ post-qualification experience. Experience in preparing and analyzing financial modeling of Public-private Partnership projects will be given preference. The use of advanced software related to business analysis and financial modeling will be a given preference. Good Knowledge of MS Office.	30-45 years
04	Deputy Director (Legal) PPS-09	01	LLB/LLM will be given preference. Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Minimum (07) years post qualification experience in the field of international and corporate law. Experience in Public-Private Partnership Projects will be an added advantage. Expertise in drafting of agreements, negotiating Public-Private Partnerships concession projects, contracts, and other legal instruments. 05	Deputy Director (Land) PPS-09	01	BE in Town/ Urban Planning or related discipline. Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Minimum (07) years' post-qualification experience in planning & execution of land development or real estate projects. OR Minimum (07)  years' post-qualification experience of the revenue department. Use of advanced software related to land management & development will be given preference. Knowledge of Pubic Private Partnership will be given additional weightage. 06	Deputy Director (MIS)PPS-09	01	B.E in software or MSc in computer science/ IT or related discipline. Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Overall seven (07) years' post-qualification experience with a minimum of two years experience related to developing/managing databases/MIS. Must be a good understanding of project monitoring and data analysis tools. Good Knowledge of MS Office.	30-45
07	Admin Officer PPS-07	01	BE/ MBA/ MPA/ Master in Economics or associated discipline. Minimum 16 years of education. All degrees must be recognized & verified by PEC/HEC.	Overall three years post-qualification experience. Must be good in MS Office.	25-35
